FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We always start the night with a brief of what you can expect on one of our ghost hunting events. We will tell you who the team members are and we will also run through some of the equipment that we have for you to use.
After this you will be given 5 or 10 minutes for a short break before we get started.
We always start the night with a big group vigil in one area in which we always do a bit of protection for you as well. After this you will be broke down into groups usually of no more than 10 people to a group (depending on team members and amount of guests). You will ALL get chance to use some of the equipment and take part in experiments including Table tipping, Ouija Sessions and much more. We WILL NEVER force you to do anything that you don't want to take part in.
You will also have refreshments through the night so you can top up your caffeine intake.
Yes there are age restrictions on ALL of our events.
You MUST be 18 Years or older to attend our events.
If any of the team suspect anyone of being under the specified age we do reserve the right to ask for ID. If you cannot produce a suitable form of ID you will be asked to leave the event with no refund being given.
Unfortunately, ALL deposits paid are NON-REFUNDABLE.
You may contact us in line with Section 17 of our terms and conditions to change the event you are booked onto. However we cannot do this if it is within 6 weeks of the event date.
We do send out e-tickets to those that have booked onto our events.
You will need to provide a valid email address when you book onto an event. We will use this email address for contacting you about the event and sending the e-ticket and important information about the event.
In some cases where it may not be possible to print the e-ticket off we do have a guest list with your names on too for health and safety purposes so it is not really that necessary to print off the e-ticket.
Any changes to names of guests or amount of guests coming should be communicated to us before the event.
If you're coming along to one of our events because you've seen some of the TV shows where there has been activity happening from beginning to end then you'll probably be a little bit disappointed.
Some events you CAN have activity from beginning to end but others you can spend 6 hours in an allegedly haunted location and have nothing happen at all.
What we are saying is please come along to our events with an open mind. We cannot make activity happen on command. Spirit sometimes do not like being told what to do and are not there to perform.
ANYBODY CAUGHT FAKING ACTIVITY BECAUSE IT IS A SLOW NIGHT WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITH NO REFUND BEING GIVEN. YOU WILL RUIN IT NOT ONLY FOR YOURSELVES BUT FOR THE OTHERS IN YOUR GROUP.
As our events are often undertaken in the dark it is asked that all guests bring a torch with them and also wear appropriate footwear and clothing for the night in question.
We do encourage all of our guests to bring their own equipment with them be it a camera or camcorder or other ghost hunting equipment. All we ask is that you don't get it mixed up with any of our equipment.
ANYONE WHO IS SUSPECTED OF BEING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS OR ALCOHOL WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE EVENT IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND BEING GIVEN. ALCOHOL AND DRUGS ARE NOT PERMITTED BEFORE OR DURING ANY OF OUR EVENTS.
