1. Visage Paranormal are dedicated to maintaining your privacy and storing personal information securely. This information is only accessible by specific persons from our team.

2. In order to process bookings we require certain personal information including but not limited to your name, address, telephone number and email address. This allows us to fulfil your order and keep you informed of your booking. There is no requirement for you to divulge any additional information other than those stated.

3. All bookings are managed through PayPal secure payment system and Stripe (another secure payment system) and we do not store any customer financial information beyond payments received.

4. Our mailing list is managed through Mailchimp who are a data compliant company and will not share your personal information to any 3rd parties. If you wish to opt out of the list at anytime then select the unsubscribe option on the mailout received or contact us directly.

4. We will not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial reasons.
